We offer non-military fitness programmes alongside a weight loss focused eating plan which provides maximum nutrition value. Our week long, mid-week and bank holiday weekend retreats are located near Bridport, West Dorset. August retreats are based in Atworth, Wiltshire.


Our experienced instructors will provide you with a personal, respectful and life affirming service. The environment has to be structured - it's a tough programme and no matter what your level of fitness you will be pushed to your own limit, and a little bit further... You'll also have time to enjoy the facilities and relax in idyllic and calm surroundings.

I can't believe i found this gem ! The sylvan setting, the feeling of being cossetted, never having to think about what to cook and knowing it was all going to lead to weight loss now that's my kind of break.
The team wow such commitment,from the kitchen San prepared delicious,wholesome, flavoursome, intelligent menus that kept me on the right side of full all week even culminating in a packed lunch on the day you leave, nice touch. The amazing Sabine aqua aerobics and dance and swimming all excellent. Peter a man on a mission for all pushing you personally to give it your best shot got us boxing and biking and basket balling. John who gave insightful and fascinating motivational talks, I'm still using the tools outlined in one of his talks. Fantastically talented team. I look forward to returning.
