We offer carefully designed weight loss programmes for men and women. The fitness boot camp routine is hard work but there is also time to enjoy the facilities and relax in the idyllic surroundings.

Out retreat is set in a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, located in Dorset with extensive private gardens, indoor pool, sauna and hot-tub. Its spectacular Jurassic Coastline and beaches will play a major role in your exercise routine.
