Can men attend?

Yes, although some retreats are for women only, we also have mixed retreats - please contact us for details.

Can couples attend?

Absolutely, couples are very welcome - please contact us for details.

How do I get to the retreat?

You can drive, fly to Bristol or take the train to Dorchester South - there is a direct train from Waterloo. Taxi's from the train station and airport can be arranged - there will be an added cost for this service. Further details including directions for travel will be sent to you after you have booked your place.

What time does the retreat start and finish?

You will need to arrive between 16:00 and 17:00 on the Friday. If you are planning to travel by train, you should aim to arrive at Dorchester South train station by 15:00. If you are planning to fly, you should arrive at Exeter airport by 15:00. The transfer time is approximately 30minutes from Dorchester South train station or 40minutes from Exerter airport. On the final day of the course you should expect to leave the farmhouse between 09:00 and 10:00.

Do I need to have a certain level of fitness?

Our trainers will adjust their sessions, allowing you to steadily progress at your individual fitness levels. The group will also be split at times to allow you to work at an intensity appropriate to you.

Will you assess our fitness on arrival?

Yes, your fitness will be assessed by our trainers at the beginning of the week.

What equipment do you supply?

We will supply all exercise equipment i.e. bikes, gymsticks, yoga mats, boxing gloves. We do not supply any personal clothing.

What do I need to bring?

When you book, we will provide you with a full kit list of items you should bring on the course.

Is payment made in instalments?

We ask for a 30% deposit to secure your place. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the course. If you are making the booking less than 8 weeks before the start date, the full course fee is required.

What is your cancellations policy?

Cancellation charges will be apply unless we can fill your place in which case we will move your booking to another date.
