Expect at least two of our Personal Trainers on each retreat.

My job is to organise and run busy, varied and effective retreats with a team who I love to work with.
I’m trying to write something that engages you so that you seriously consider choosing us because, if you do, I don’t think you will regret it. Although we have a non-military approach, we’re not a soft touch. We expect our ‘retreaters’ to range from non-active to very active participants and we plan our programmes with this in mind.
Before you decide which boot camp to attend, take the time to read our review by The Boot Camp Guru, Graeme Harwood, who has spent more than three years researching and reporting on most boot camps in England. Graeme writes:
“Its only human, I suppose, for everyone to have a favourite boot camp and mine is, by a comfortable distance from all the others, Apples & Pears. It easily romped away, yet again, with our National Award for The Best Mixed Boot Camp in England.”
We’re pleased to be recognised when there are so many other boot camps. Many clients choose us after reading Graeme’s review and they aren’t disappointed with their investment. Apples & Pears is a small business with a tight team. We’re a firmly established company with an excellent reputation and we’ve run 60 successful retreats in five different locations around the UK. These include: Devon, Dorset, Northampton, Derbyshire Peak District and Gartmore, near Glasgow.
I have a Sports Science background – over the past 15 years I have taught Physical Education to children and adults of all ages.
